Guarantee and Warranty Information
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but sometimes things happen beyond our control. If you receive the unit and notice it is damaged, do not accept it. If it is left on your premises and it is damaged, take pictures and call the carrier to come back and pick it up.
You have a full 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund under the following conditions. You must first email us for an authorization number. The unit and all accessories must be in the original box or suitable packaging. You will be responsible for packaging, shipping and insurance costs. Once the unit is received, it will be tested and visually inspected for damages. If it passes, you will get a full refund excluding the original shipping charges.
If you do not register your product as required, you will not receive the warranty.
The electronics are warranted for 90 days. This includes the LEDs, RGB controller, handheld remote (excluding the battery in this unit), sensors if installed, power cord, Li-Ion battery and charger. Your warranty does not cover the exterior frame, slide clips and acrylic surface since they are subjected to normal wear. It also does not cover damage to the electronics from using an incorrect power. It also does not cover damages due to water or physical abuse, such as dropping or throwing the unit, defacing the acrylic surface, etc.
